Operations:


Loretto Desjardins, Owner & Chief Operating Officer
As the founder of the company, Loretto has supervisory responsibility for all services provided by Clean, Inc. and Trash AWAY, Inc. She is a hands-on manager and is actively involved in establishing new relationships with condominium communities and their leaders. Because the company is committed to providing the highest standard of service, Loretto personally puts her stamp of approval on each client's job.

Carla Mercier, Director of Operations, Clean, Inc.
With a strong customer-service background built on 20-years experience in the automotive industry, Carla has management responsibilities for bidding on new contracts as well as supervising all buildings and employees. Her role is to ensure that Clean, Inc. delivers quality service for every client. Carla joined the company nearly three years ago.


Chela Garcia, Director of Operations, Trash AWAY Inc.
A native of Mexico, Chela has been a part of the Clean Inc. and Trash AWAY, Inc. team for 11 years. She started with Clean, Inc. and then transitioned to Trash AWAY, Inc. She is responsible for various duties for all current Trash AWAY Inc. clients, ranging from customer service to supervising and scheduling.



Marta Diaz, General Manager of Operations, Clean, Inc.
Marta is responsible for the company's quality of service, which she ensures through regular inspections and by keeping in touch with the company's employees at each property. Marta has been a key contributor for Clean, Inc. for 15 years and is originally from Chile. Previously, she was a supervisor in the hotel industry.


Lucia Reyes, Zone Manager, Clean, Inc.
Lucia, a Nicaragua native, joined the Clean, Inc. team 20 years ago. She is in constant contact with her portfolio of properties and ensures Clean, Inc.'s stringent standards are met and the public areas of client properties are in excellent condition.



Margarita Reyes, Zone Manager, Clean, Inc.
Margarita has worked at Clean, Inc. for 20 years. She works alongside her sister, Lucia, to supervise their portfolio of properties. Margarita enjoys interacting with the residents at each building and forging relationships with her cleaning crews. She is originally from Nicaragua.



Mayra Cortez, Zone Manager, Clean, Inc.
Mayra has worked as a supervisor at Clean, Inc. for more than 13 years. She thoroughly enjoys her job, her co-workers and residents and staffs at each building.




Miriam Salmaron, Zone Manager, Clean, Inc.
Miriam works as a Zone Manager for Clean, Inc. She is originally from El Salvador and has been with the company for more than four years. She likes developing relationships with her cleaning crews and interacting with the residents at each building.





Administration:


Lee Gigliotti, Owner and President
Lee manages the financial and administrative functions of the company. Her experience as a National Cancer Institute scientist administrator and her advanced degree from the Wharton School of Business are invaluable in directing the growth and expansion of Clean, Inc.



Meena Hanifi, Senior Vice President
Meena joined Clean, Inc. and Trash AWAY Inc. in 2006. She oversees the accounting and finance department, contract administration and regulatory compliance for the two companies. Meena is a Certified Public Accountant with a graduate degree in accounting. Prior to joining the company, Meena was a tax supervisor at RSM McGladrey. Meena has 15 years of business consulting, tax and accounting experience.

Diane Henderson, Payroll and Human Resources Manager
Diane handles human resources and payroll functions for Clean, Inc. and Trash AWAY, Inc. Diane retired as Assistant Comptroller at the International Association of Firefighters, a position she held for 18 years, to join the company.



Mariam Hashimi, Benefits & Customer Relations Manager
Mariam, who recently joined Clean, Inc. and Trash AWAY, Inc., handles a variety of functions such as employee benefits and updating of policy manuals. She also serves as the company's liaison with its employees and vendors. Previously she was a loan officer with JP Morgan Chase.



Jennifer Dunbar, Manager, Trash AWAY Inc.
Jennifer is involved in customer service, accounting functions and scheduling special projects. She has been a part of the Clean, Inc. and Trash AWAY, Inc. team since 1999. Prior to joining the company Jennifer worked as a customer service representative in the banking industry. She enjoys working at the company because of its customer-oriented focus and customer interaction.
